ABOUT IKEBANA

Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. It's history dates from the 14th Century. Over the centuries many schools of Ikebana have developed, each with its own unique style.

Sogetsu School of Ikebana believes that Ikebana can be created “anytime, anywhere, by anyone in any part of the world, and with any kind of material.” Sogetsu School encourages its students to be individual and imaginative, just as people are different from one another.
